
The magnetoelectric velocity vibration sensor is an inertial sensor used to measure the vibration (absolute vibration relative to free space) of bearing housings, machine casings, or structures. Its output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity. The sensor operates without an external power supply, features a two-wire structure, and can handle both medium and low-frequency vibration measurements. It is suitable for long- term online monitoring or periodic measurements. The velocity can also be easily integrated into displacement by the instrument. This measurement allows for the comprehensive evaluation of the operating conditions of rotating or reciprocating machinery. It is directly mounted on the machine casing, making it very convenient to use and maintain.
The TM36X magnetoelectric velocity vibration sensor conforms to the API 670 standard.
